Proprietary Materials Used -
90°C FR-XLPE (Flame Retardant cross-linked polyethylene Insulation System ensures cables are guaranteed to survive in a nuclear environment for 60 years without defect.

CSPE (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene) Jackets – When heavy duty outer coverings are required, high performance CSPE provides a tough yet flexible outer protection that is extremely flame retardant and chemical resistant. (Various other materials can be provided for unique applications.)

125°C Rated Silicone Rubber

For cables operating under elevated temperature under normal operation conditions (heater bays, pressurize heaters, motor leads, isolated hot spots etc.)  It may be installed in trays, ducts and conduits to perform a variety of low voltage functions.

Proprietary Materials Used -
125°C Silicone Rubber Insulation System - At the heart of this cable is its proprietary radiation resistant silicone rubber insulation system. This unique material provides a superior balance of physical, chemical and electrical properties that the industry has come to rely on. With a continuous conductor temperature rating of 125°C for 60 years; this insulation is ideal for most power, control and instrumentation circuits within nuclear plant environments.

Other Options- Flame retardant and non-wicking fillers and binder.  Finished one conductor cables shall have a Rockhide (aramid) braid in place of the glass braid. Multi-conductor cables shall have flame retardant non-hygroscopic fillers, as necessary, binder tape and an overall Rockhide braid.

Withstands 2000 F flame for 60+ minutes as a critical cable for circuits to perform under catastrophic fire conditions.
